I scheduled an appointment for today between 3:30pm-4pm I called at 3pm to ensure the appointment was confirmed I spoke and they confirmed it. They never showed up. My son had to go off his medication to do this test and now I have to keep him off the medication until I find another company. This was very irresponsible and unprofessional. No one even called me to reschedule the appointment or tell me they couldn’t make it. Complete disregard and disrespect. They don’t even answer my calls anymore.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience with the young lady that came for my lab work. She was incredibly polite, professional, and proficient. Found my vein on the first try and I am a very hard stick. Thank you so much for your amazing service.
