The owner did not refund any money although she had just taken the deposit and the monthly amount a few days before kicking my mom out. She dropped my mom off at the emergency room even though she has dementia and called and told me she couldn't handle her. 4 months later and still hasn't returned Money for the days my mom was not even there and the deposit totaling about $3000. Beautiful facility with loving, caring people as caregivers. This is a place where guests are cared for and loved like family! This is a very home-like environment with meals, social time and love all around. Space is limited, so please be sure to call ahead for a reservation and to make sure there is a room available.
