Today was my daughter's birthday and I ordered a gift basket. Since no one is at home during the day, I put on the order she would stop by the store and pick it up. The confirmation stated the store closes at 4. She stopped by at 3:15 and the store was already closed. The order contained our phone numbers and email adddress; no attempt was made to inform us the store was closing early. I'm out of town, and made a point of using a local business. Very disappointed.
I feel like I’ve been lied to. First, I ordered through the Dalton Florist (Jackson) website. The day before I was set to pick these up I received a call saying that they had moved to Cape, no big deal. So I show up the next day to pick up the flowers at Angel Garden Florist. I don’t know why the name change but it was confusing. 1st thing, don't let the reviews deter you. They did the flowers for my daughter's wedding and WOW! They were beautiful! The arbor flowers were amazing and our guests raved about all the flowers. My daughter was thrilled with her bouquet. Thank you very much!
She went above and beyond to help us, purchased flowers else where was stressing ,she put them together for us ,awesome service, big hearts . Definitely recommend!! Thank you so much greatly appreciated!!
