Nearly an hour late to the appointment. I understand that he has other, more important patients, and in that case I shouldn't have been scheduled. I would have rather had him reschedule the appointment for another time. Once I pointed out him being nearly an hour late, he got extremely rude and defensive trying to say my appointment was later than it was and that he wasn't late even though if my appointment was when he said it was, it would still be half an hour late. Dr Galvez is an exceptional doctor. He has provided my father with the best care; he is companionate, caring, knowledgeable and very supportive in all aspects to the his patients and families. He has been a true blessing to us as we walk this journey with my father’s leukemia. Thank you Dr Galvez for all you do!!
