Really nice and caring team.
My son had his first ever dentist appt with Angel dental which was a pleasant experience (Which is the reason for 3 stars). Recently I was trying to get in contact with them to book him another appt and could not get in touch with anyone and had no response to my emails. I ended up taking him to stud park medical and dental across the carpark who got back to me with an appt the next day for that same day. Overall, Angel Dental in Rowville is generally good for dental care, but my experience turned sour, so I stopped going. Initially, i was advised things were covered by my insurer, but later I was unexpectedly charged. I don't mind paying, but it would have been helpful to have been given an upfront quote. Fortunately, the amount wasn't significant, so I could manage to pay. However, it would have been problematic if I hadn't had that money available. I am taking my familys dental business elsewhere.
