My father passed away at the end of April. I have a business and live in Colorado. I, of course, headed to PA to be with my family. My office manager and staff ordered flowers from here to be delivered to my Mom and family. They never showed up. My office manager called today and the lady on the phone was horribly rude and said she didn't have the flowers that were ordered and she canceled the order. I got the pleasure of stopping by and getting flowers for my best friend’s wedding after hers were ruined overnight. Amazing customer service that was truly above and beyond. The hydrangeas and dahlias were amazing and you can tell the entire place is ran with love, care, and expertise.
I got a bouquet delivered to me today that would have been lovely had a bunch of the flowers not been bent and wilted. There was almost no water in the vase when it was delivered and the lady who delivered it apologized that it had fallen over in and spilled. It must have been in her vehicle a long time. I doubt the arrangement will last long. The water I gave it seemed to perk up some of the wilted flowers but not all of them. I’ve pulled out the bent ones and clipped off all the drooping ones to make it look a little nicer... read more
