Ivy was wonderful!!! Amazing spa pedicure with a massage and a manicure afterwards. My nails were damaged from gel at a different place and she made them look good and ready to grow in healthy. I’ll be coming here from now on!

Charged me a made up price ? I asked Tina for an acrylic refill. I was never told there would be any additional prices when i had my nails done. When i went to check out the employee Tina told me $60. The service menu says $40 and I told her i didn’t understand the charge of $60. Tina said because I used gel. Which I still don’t understand. I had an acrylic refill with gel polish. The only other option on the menu says UV gel refill which says $49. I’m still not understanding why my charge was $60. Very disappointing experience. The service felt rushed from start to finish. The technician, Tina, did not perform a clean or detailed pedicure and seemed more focused on finishing quickly and moving on to the next client. I requested a French pedicure, but the lines were uneven and poorly done. When I politely asked for corrections, she became irritated instead of addressing the issue professionally. I have had such a good experience here previously that I’m still in disbelief at how bad the pedicure was I got today. Tell me why I paid an extra $8 for callous removal and the bottom of my feet look the same. The laziest pedicure I’ve ever gotten, honestly. Agreeing with everyone else that says to go somewhere else.
