Yo soy paciente del doctor Carrasco, pero iba a la clínica de Kendall y me mudé a la de Homestead y ese lugar es muy muy sucio no parece que sea una Clinica de un Doctor eso es desagradable. Ese baño no hay jabón no hay papel. Todo sucio, El piso da hasta miedo, coger una infección.
Este lugar es horrible , desde que llegas empezando que no tienes donde parquear , entras te registras y jamás te llaman tienen más de 20 personas en el salón y tú no vez a nadie salir , es un estanque total , desde la recepcionista,la manager las enfermeras y los doctores todos pésimos para ellos tú solo eres un signo de peso que tratarán de que tú aguantes las horas de espera solo para cobrarte la cita y le importa nada tu diagnóstico, es horrible la verdad , al final me tuve que ir con mi mamá sin atenderse, y estoy habla... read more
This place absolutely sucks not do they just not answer the phone when I’ve been calling for 2 days not but the one time someone does she’s is laughing the entire time while speaking to me very unprofessional.
The worst service I ever seen in a longgggggg time let’s start off with the phones they never answer them ,next the appointment are horrible wait be 3 -4 hours wait in you have to wait in the waiting room next the nurse next another waiting area than the doctor my son have seizure they did not send my son meds it’s going on 6 days now I am really upset I’m on the phone as we speak nobody answer I hear nothing but the damn music one of them try to help me at the Kendall locating his name is Carlos which he is so good but the ... read more
