Excellent experience! Arrangements were for an event and were just as we planned! Still beautiful several days later!
Flowers sent to me via an order from out of state for Mother’s Day. Arrangement was disappointing ; random greens for filler and flower colors and combinations lacked eye appeal. Even delivery was flawed as driver was extended access to my complex court and still couldn’t find my address. I approached him in the parking lot walking to another building and he stated “directions are so poor.” The note attached to my delivery was accurately addressed. By far the best flower place I have found!! The flower are vibrant and beautiful!! Every time I’ve ordered the arrangements come out so full and elegant! completely worth every penny! One thing I’ve noticed which I love is that the flowers last!!! They look amazing for weeks! 100% recommend!
2 stars not 1 only because the delivery person was beyond helpful and nice! FTD ordered (won't ever again) and the Deluxe order of Soirre Bouquet was so small. I followed thru with FTD and got a refund but the florist's unwillingness to help was beyond disappointing! Plus FTD confirmed I didn't want lilies and they added them anyway!
