2 stars not 1 only because the delivery person was beyond helpful and nice! FTD ordered (won't ever again) and the Deluxe order of Soirre Bouquet was so small. I followed thru with FTD and got a refund but the florist's unwillingness to help was beyond disappointing! Plus FTD confirmed I didn't want lilies and they added them anyway!

They are passionate about serving their clients and making sure the recipients of their flowers are made to feel extra special. They even do a great job with the delivery. I recently ordered flowers for my mother and they were very personable in delivering them to her. Great experience with great people.

LOCAL FLORIST FOR THE WIN!! After being told by a nation-wide giant florist 2 days after the order was placed **on Valentine's Day no less** that the "delivery address to a children's hospital is no longer available for my order," I was feeling helpless & stuck. I searched for a local Ft. Myers florist to help.
