Wonderful job, my nails are beautiful!
I made an appointment with a friend for a joint pedicure 4 weeks ago. We have been to this salon many times before. Our appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. We arrived and they refused to seat us together. Then, I was seated in a pedicure chair by myself and ignored until 10:18 AM. At that point, I left the salon. Obviously, they accepted walk-ins and did not prioritize our reservation made 4 weeks ago. There is a sign on the door inviting customers to share negative concerns prior to leaving. I did.
