I had such a great experience at the salon today! Tanisha provided absolutely excellent service during my waxing appointment. She was very professional, made me feel comfortable throughout, and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend booking with Tanisha!
I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences at this salon. Every time I come in, I’m pushed to go with a different person even when the person I prefer is available, or I’m willing to wait for them. Instead of respecting customer preference, the owner makes passive-aggressive comments like “Oh no, you can go with someone else, they’re good too,” which creates a very awkward and unwelcoming atmosphere. Everytime I go to this salon and ask for someone specific to do my eyebrows and the Lady at the front desk says no they are busy and advises and forces you to get the service done from someone else and says they are also good. I have given them try and they are so rough, but if someone comes to your salon and asks for a specific person atleast let them wait for that person, what if they dont want to get anything done from whoever you are recommending. This makes me not wanna return to this salon. Such poor customer service!

I had an excellent experience with Gurwinder for eyebrow threading and waxing services. She is highly professional, gentle, and very detail-oriented. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, and the waxing was clean, smooth, and done with great care. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and provided amazing customer service.
