Seriously not sure why there are so many mixed reviews. Dr. Polimeni and his team were wonderful from start to finish. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made checking in easy and stress-free. Dr. Polimeni was very good—professional, attentive, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Overall, a great experience and I felt well cared for.
