The front desk clerks were blame-oriented and judgmental towards me. I had errored in my first appointment and did not show. I spoke on cell DIRECTLY WITH THE DOCTOR to reschedule my appointment to 1:30 PM on Friday. I showed up and the staff said the doc was at lunch. ZERO RATING should be an option. I was traveling and realized my husky-shepherd mix has a small ?tumor in her mouth. She seems to favor it like it is painful. I called and told the person answering the phone that I was traveling from out of town, we just discovered this problem and I was looking for a vet to take a look. She assured me they could.
