Angel is thorough, compassionate, and kind Nurse Practitioner who always listens and is very responsive. As somebody with hashimoto's disease, who knows the struggle of finding a doctor who will listen about thyroid issues, I appreciate her even more.
When advised I also receive care through the VA, Angel had her case manager drop me. The excuse was that she doesn't care for patients who see other general practice doctors, even though I was there for referrals and know her office has at least 2 other patients (relatives of mine) who also see the VA... I got a letter in the mail that notified me I no longer had appointments with her office. I needed to seek help at the urgent care, because she also refused the refills for blood pressure medication she prescribed.
