Highly recommend using Premier for your heating and air needs. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they give you 1 hour service windows so you know when to expect them, and even send you a picture of you your technician ahead of time which is such a great safety feature! We had a unit go down at one of our businesses during one of the hottest weeks of the year. They worked with us to hold a spot while we got other quotes. The pricing was great and the service was amazing.
We reached out to another company 3 times and was not able to get them to come out. We called Premier, used their scheduling service and had someone out the next day. He fixed our issue and the house started cooling again! We noticed that something was still not right and they were back out the very next day and fixed the other issue. Friendly service and there when you need them!
