Technician arrived as scheduled, performed needed service work, finished the inspection, and made some recommendations for systems improvements. I am very satisfied with with this visit.
Great experience. New to the area so I looked at several area for HVAC. I put in a call to Premier and the owner Jake answered. He was great to talk to and walk me through options for new service then set me up and appointment. Greg Byrd was the tech that serviced my house. He done a phenomenal job of explaining everything and made recommendations for how to best move forward. Great things about it was there was no pressure to make unnecessary repairs. Strongly recommend giving them a call.
There was a very prompt response to my call, and problem was solved!
Spoke with Kaitlyn a few times and she is as sweet as can be. Greg came out and I can truly say; this is the first time I have ever felt I’m getting my money’s worth and then some with a company. Very professional, provided a lot of information, asked and answered questions and was very thorough. I’m really impressed and look forward to working with this company for all my HVAC needs moving forward.
Couldn’t ask for better service! We are life long customers for sure. Greg has been doing work on our system since we moved to town in 2017. We couldn’t be happier. I called this morning because our heat was being intermittent at night the last two nights. Greg was at my house by 3:30pm and had my system fully operational by 4:15. Great work! Thank you!
