Unacceptably rude from the get go showing up 27 minutes late for the 1PM scheduled appointment time. She immediately began attacking me and lying about my scheduled appt time. She was pathetically unprepared to properly and professionally deal with her problem. Due to problem after problem after problem with OSH, I no longer wish to be associated with this organization in any way.
Excellent care.
My visit , long overdue , but I’m totally impressed with my new NP. Very organized, professional, yet approachable. I felt seen and heard. Totally at ease with the first visit!
