My family has been extremely good customers for over 5 years.....she bought her daughter $300 diamond earrings....one of the backs obviously was defective....after 3 months....you couldn't just replace a 19.99 earring back.....your customer service is a joke.
You have lost a customer! I have never been treated so rudely by someone. My daughter loves her diamond earrings and was heartbroken to almost lose one. To find out you will not fix a damaged earring which you sold less than six months ago is terrible customer service! I will not be recommending you or shopping here again. Shameful how long time customers are treated!
Big Shout out to Jason and Susan for giving me the perfect setting for my diamond. You both are very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. I'm very happy with what y'all did for me and my husband and thank you for everything.
