Different name same substandard practices in all phases...and that's an understatement...I really don't even know how it remains in business different ownership some of the same individuals still in place with extremely poor character in place from what I've been told...it's inevitable this company will fail in time...there's several smaller shops that have better environments and working conditions in Tucson, yet Tucson is no where near the greater Phoenix area in regards to Machining and Fabrication applications in quality... read more

I worked there for a year and a half. Only left because we moved out of town. They treated me well. And all I had to do to get a raise was learn my responsibilities and be accountable. A lot of good people there, but they suffered a bit from being a family owned and run company. On time and quality was a problem when I started, but seemed to be improving with the new ownership. The QC lab is second to none with technology. I'd recommend them.

I pray for anyone who is willing to work with this company. Not only do they never get out their products on time, on top of that they are willing to give you bad ones just to meet a deadline. They have gotten so bad that they are planning to change their name because Anewco now has a bad rep. But hey, if your planning to work there, if you want a raise, all you have to do is sleep with the lady in HR. She’s given out a raise twice to someone I know for that reason.
