I had been nervous to have anything done to my hair for not having been to a salon for over six years. Through local connections I was able to network to Trina who was able to get me in the following day after speaking to her initially. Kaleigh was able to remove the red box dye from my hair by lifting it, was very patient with me while I worked through what I wanted, and was remarkably welcoming and gentle.
