Unable to accommodate busy schedules. Very negligent to patients who want and seek the help. This is what is wrong with the medical industry. Instead of actually helping patients out they turn them away instead of making them feel comfortable and trying to accommodate them. This company wastes 20 minutes arguing with the patient. Specifically Brittany Banks the supposed practice manager.

I have positive experience with their services, staff there are very professional and flexible with my schedule, they always pay close attention to ensure proper treatments. Jenifer is the best of them, really appreciate their assistance. Will recommend this place to others.

My experience with TMS here has been extremely good! I loved the flexibility, the encouragement, and the attention they bring from start to finish. The staff are kind and respectful. And the tech that works closely with me has done a fantastic job in the quality of my treatment, the care, and the consideration. I’ve never had a problem or bad experience through my six weeks of treatment here. I highly recommend!

Very professional techs and understand your purpose. They addressed and answered all my concerns and always reminds me with my schedule. Kim ,Yolanda, and Brittany are awesome. Highly recommend this place.
