I’ve taken all of my dogs to Kim for years now. Have never had any problems. She’s very easy to work with and isn’t hard to get an appointment ever. She goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Even stops by my house to cut the nails of my oldest that can’t move about like she used to. I’m grateful to have someone like her!

We have been going to Kim for the last 8 plus years. She always does an amazing job on our poodles and now our bernedoodle. Kim keeps great records on what we like done with the dogs and is always helpful when asked for advise. Scheduling is a breeze! Keep up the great work!
First time dog owner here, I was unsure as to what needed done with my particular breed of dog. The lady was very knowledgeable as to what my breed of dog needed to be healthy and happy. The lady was very professional & polite, Great Place!!!!
Found her very unfriendly. I’m glad she cares about the animals but I would think you would treat your customers a little better. After our first visit I was unhappy but chalked it up to the fact that I had never been there and hadn’t explained what I wanted very well. After the second visit my dog looked butchered. The cut was jagged and looked like an amateur had done it. We will NEVER be back. I’m SHOCKED that she has such good reviews.
Took my Scottie to Kim a couple weeks back. She is great! Maggie got a great trim, Kim got her in quickly, and best of all, Maggie smelled like Maggie without a bunch of perfumes smells. I recommend Kim without reservation. 5 stars!
Just picked up our two dogs, and she did SUCH a good job! We will definitely be returning
