I highly dont recommend anew for anything there not professional at all there all drama and act like children they couldn't help me there so I stopped going there and won't go back and some other people I know won't go there either there disgraceful!!!
The counselor I was assigned to was wonderful however, the office staff continually changed. Oftentimes there was NO receptionist and no billing. They allowed the billing to pile up for months, then tried to hit me with a massive statement balance. Needless to say, I don't go there anymore.
Best place to go to for counseling
I have not even had my first appointment yet and I am absolutely astonished. I can't really leave a review for a specific place because like I said I haven't had an appointment yet my appointment will be in Mount Vernon though but the first time I found this place I called and my call was answered, the lady I spoke with her name is Patty and she is an absolute doll. Anew is a great place to go for family and individual counseling/therapy. Anew did an amazing job with my children. I recommend them to everyone I can. Keep up the great work
