All the staff are nice a respectful I’ve been here for almost 6 months. I like my therapist she is very understanding and the staff are willing to at least try to reschedule whenever they can
Took my son here for the first appointment and didn’t realize we had to stay for another nurse appointment as they were not very clear or nice when explaining how it all works and told me to have a good day and scheduled the second appointment. I call to get clarification on things and see how many people he needs to see and FAITH the lady I spoke to was super condescending and rude when I tried to get the clarification as I had told her this was all new to us and we was confused.
