The team from aNetworks came out right away and fixed everything. They even pointed out a potential problem regarding our upcoming phone system upgrade (VOIP network) which was missed by the engineers who came out for the analysis initially. It would have been disastrous if we installed the phones as planned. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend.
