Annette is an absolute treasure. She exceeds all expectations and goes above and beyond every single time. With her knowledge and expertise she has helped me save my house. The initial process was OK other than she didn't disclose initially that she was the wife of the builder and that was for sure a conflict of interest. She was the listing realtor for the property but it was not advertised as owner/agent as it should have been. We used Anette as our realtor as well For the purchase of the home to allow for a lower price on the property. She is now not responding to our calls or texts and there is still significant time remaining on their responsibility for a two year warranty from a new build... read more

Anette did a fantastic job as my realtor! There were a ton of realtors and investors approaching me about my house which caused a great deal of anxiety. I didn’t feel like they had my best interest and Anette stood out amongst the pack. She was empathetic and understanding about what needed to happen and moved quickly to get the process started.
