First of all they had my insurance wrong. I called the number off the bill. They didnt run the charges through my insurance. I spent months trying to get them to correct the error. I finally threw my hands in the air and paid this billing through Instamed and a year later I get a collections letter! I'm a financial responsible and financially sound person. These people use some third party billing. The way they treat patients is shameful! Their billing practices are are third world!
Paid this place through Instamed. They never collected their money so it got refunded to me. Then they send me to collections without billing me at all. I was under the assumption that the bill was paid. Russel Crawford. Then every number online is wrong for them. Impossible to get ahold of anyone for anything. Would give negative stars if possible.
