I called them and told them I had gotten Sanford to write off the bill. They said that they would put the account on hold so I could send them a copy of it. They said they might do the same that they would let me know. Today. In the mail, I have gotten a bill from a collection agency.Nobody ever sent me anything from their office.They just sent it straight collections. The funny. I was in the Sanford program at 100%. They were great BUT, anesthesia physicians sent my $900.00 bill to collections! If you have to have surgery, do NOT allow these greedy shills to do your anesthesia, demand someone else! They have changed companies 3 times in the last year! Not good! Their phone is disconnected also…not a very good way to run a business.

Same as everyone else. My son had a surgery. It was paid in full. Then I get a collection notice from this quack company that you cannot even contact. Their phone number is invalid .. and I was never even sent a bill? Nor did sanford tell me anything about it? The collection company was horrible to work with. I don’t even want to pay it because I think it’s scam!!
