I worked for them. They would get zero but it’s not an option.
Nobody picks up their phone lines and nobody seems to be able to find a bill within their merger company epix.
Horrible, never received a bill from them and have already sent me to collections! Can not get in contact with them to try and get it resolved
I would like to get in touch with these people but the number listed is no longer a valid number. I have called the number on the billing statement an nobody answers and when you try to leave a message for someone to return your call, it says the mailbox is full, therefore you can't leave a message. They must not want their money.
They do not honor contract pricing with insurance. They overcharge and will not accept insurance offer for network prices. Then send your bill to collections without ever notifying you that you had a balance. Phone number not in service so you can’t call them to work out nothing!! Horrible
