I had no insurance and I am indigent. I spoke to the office after receiving a bill from surgery on 05-11-2020. I explained my situation to them to which the only reply was we can set payment. I explained I have not worked in over a year, but the information fell on deft ears. The bill is dated 06-11-2020. By 07-11-2020 they had already turned the bill over to a collection agency.
