It’s unfortunate to entrust your health to unprofessional and unskilled staff. No explanation, no apologies. Yanking out patients - teeth during the anesthesia procedure is “normal”. Just unacceptable.

Don’t use this group. My insurance covered my procedure at 100% but these people overcharged even this benefit. You will have to fight with them and will eventually have to deal with the collection agency. I will never let them stick a needle in me ever again.
These people contract with the hospitals but do not take the same insurance. Be prepared to get a big bill from them even if your insurance pays. This is their business model.
I filed an appeal for them with my insurance and got them paid and they had the audacity to balance bill me! When I try to call them the system puts me on hold for 30 minutes then transfers me to a voicemail system that says they return voicemails in one business day. I have left multiple voicemails trying to get this bill fixed but they NEVER return my calls!!! This has been going on for 8 months now!!!
