The lady that answers the phone is RUDE. She can’t pick up the phone and talk to me she is “too busy”
Quincy (I think that’s her name) at reception / billing was incredibly kind to speak with.
These folks are great in person. The problem starts when you try to pay your bill. They snail mail you a bill and offe no online bill pay services. If you attempt to call the number listed in the bill, it will go unanswered indefinitely, totally useless. Y’all need to get with the 21st century and update your bill pay process. Nobody under 50 writes checks anymore.
The people working at this place take no responsibility for anything that comes up with your bill. They sent me a statement and I paid it. The following month they sent another statement for the exact same amount. Then they threatened to turn it over to a collection agency. When I called them they said it was for 2 different charges, then proceeded to blame me, then my insurance company for the confusion. They never apologized or showed one ounce of responsibility.
