I had an outstanding experience with the billing department at AARPC. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with understanding the details of my bill, particularly in explaining how and why I was charged for certain procedures. They were patient, thorough, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable with all the information provided. What truly stood out to me was their availability.
This company says they are the only anesthesiologist to provide service to Rochester General. After a breast cancer diagnosis, I needed surgery and they balance billed me for 80% of my bill because they were out of network for my insurance company. They would not even attempt to negotiate with me although I was willing and had made every attempt to appeal through my insurance company which shares the blame for this. My issue with this company is their lack of any willingness to negotiate with me in any way.
