Can’t get anyone on the phone to speak with in regards to my bill or make a payment to avoid going to collections.
Go anywhere, use anyone other than this HORRIBLE company! They bill for something that was preventive. We paid the bill in January, just because insurance is so slow AND insurance has agreed that this should have been preventive, but now getting these thieves to get our money refunded is a joke! Just this week they lied and said that insurance didn't pay. However, AAEA was paid on April 7th. They accepted an electronic funds transfer on April 8th.
