0 stars would be more accurate. I had a surgery in which I was told the anesthesia would cost around $600. Months after my surgery I get a bill from them for $2500. I spent 8 months calling them and asking them to fix it. I Sent the bill, as I was asked, that I received prior to surgery many times and never got any type of answer back. Paid bill off. Billed me a year later stating I still owed an additional $600. Got my insurance involved apparently they attempted to scam me by billing me in network for the nurse anesthesias and billed me out of network for the MD that was over her!! Insurance ended up fixing it and wrote the company wrote off the 600 dollar bill. I’m still contacting CMS to file a complaint
My wife 2 years ago had wrist surgery. Now today we recieved a bill for $2250 for money owed. The insurance company said they paid and now want to investigate. It is a major mess. I noticed the help desk is from India. I smell scam. After days of calling the insurance company and the Dr.'s office we recieved a follow up call from the Dr's office saying the bills were infact paid in full. We recieved copies of those paid bills. The office said they would find out what was going on and not to pay or worry.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a surgery back in 2021 and received a bill for $1,651. Insurance advised it was covered so I gave them my insurance and never heard from them again. A year and a half ago I notice a statement on my credit in collections. The whole bill. Called them to get it taken off because my insurance advised me it was paid off. Here we are in 2024.
