Received a bill from a surgery performed at Northwest Hospital in 2023 from this company. Talked to a customer representative on 4/26/2024. They sent the incorrect info (wrong policy number) to my provider and to the wrong claims address. Also, the bill itself only gives a payment option by check, no ability to pay on line. The lady I talked to said that is the only option. What company in today's world does not allow a customer to pay a bill on-line?? She gave me a lame response that they have not yet set up an on-line paym... read more
Service was good but payment was terrible - they only take check or money order. No way to use our HSA. No one returned my emails asking for help. Not customer friendly at all.
