The billing company they use needs to go away. I spent hours 6+ in March figuring out my account, which dates back 8 months, because of the billing practices. Just to think I had it all figured out, today I get hit with another error on there part, taking another hr to explain what they have done. I did go to the Attorney General, because I thought it was all handled I declined on going any further, wish I hadn't
The one star is for the semi pleasant anesthesiologist who reinserted the IV that the nurses at Multicare failed at. The billing is completely fraudulent! Statement date of 12/20/2022 received in the mail 1/3/2023. Mailed payment in full 1/5/2023. My check cleared my bank 1/13/2023. The bill was due 1/19/2023. I paid the bill in full and early. Received a Past Due statement dated 1/20/2023, one week after my payment cleared my bank! Cannot reach them by phone; just goes to voicemail. The 800 number has such limited hours tha... read more
The CRNA was terrible, the anesthesiologist was ok. Billing practices seem fraudulent. Would not use for any elective cases... go to a different hospital.
