I paid off my bill to them in May of 2024... now getting collection notices a year after that??? I love everything about PennState Health but this company was obviously horrible with their accounting and hopefully PSH is doing their magic with that newly acquired business.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They sent me a bill which we paid. They sent us another bill. Tried to call them to give them the confirmation number of the bill we paid. Couldn't get a hold of them. Left a message. No call back. We got sent another bill for the same amount. Tried calling again. No answer. Left another message. No call back. Just saw that it got sent to collections. Tried calling them again. I now get a message saying they don't accept incoming calls. What kind of bull**** is that?!??? A business that does... read more

These people don't know what they are doing. They submitted a bill to my old insurance company instead of my new one, Of course, the old company said I was no longer covered, I gave this doctor my current insurance, but he doesn't know how to bill them.

I paid my bill on 3/2/22 and they sent the account to collection. Now i have to PROVE that i paid them with a credit card statement. If my surgeon didn't use them, i would have never chosen them, perhaps that is why they get away with terrible business practices.

Clearly these people in billing do not know what they are doing. I get a bill for 24.48 from a procedure in 2019. I guess insurance and payments going back and forth. I pay the balance right away, and my check has cleared the bank. Today I get a notice from collection agency to pay the bill. When I called they confirm zero balance and the guy says I was Not sent to collections when clearly I was. He hung up on me, heres the facts I will NEVER use this company for surgery again.
