If you have surgery at Presbyterian, you will be billed separately for anesthesia. I was not aware of this and was never sent a bill for anesthesia. I was alerted to this issue when I was texted about the bill from Anesthesia Associates, but I was unable to pay the bill because I did not know my account number (this would have been in the bill I never received). Be aware that this company notices you of a bill through sketchy, spam looking text messages!!
It takes forever to reach someone, finally reached someone twice about a bill I should not be getting based off my EOB's they stated someone would call back I have yet to hear from anyone. I call back multiple times after and I'm on the phone 45 minutes plus and never get an agent. My insurance is now currently trying to reach them to inform them both of my insurance policies paid and I should have a zero balance. I will be very upset if I get sent to collections.
