It takes forever to reach someone, finally reached someone twice about a bill I should not be getting based off my EOB's they stated someone would call back I have yet to hear from anyone. I call back multiple times after and I'm on the phone 45 minutes plus and never get an agent. My insurance is now currently trying to reach them to inform them both of my insurance policies paid and I should have a zero balance. I will be very upset if I get sent to collections.
Could never get a hold of a human to help with billing questions
Terrible business! Business office completely chaotic. Never contacted me about a bill and then said they sent one 3 months prior. I found that they had sent to the wrong address. Refused to even speak to me or clarify charges. Asked to speak to a supervisor but no one returned my call. Everyone seems to be covering for others in the office. Try to find another company for anesthesia if you can....beware!
Fantastic anesthesiologist, horrible business office. They sent me to collections for a bill I never got. When trying to clear the issue and pay they lied about sending the bill and kept changing their story.
