This is the worst billing experience ever. They sent a random text to my phone that looks exactly like a phishing text with a URL that looks super suspect. Not sure why they think this is how to get paid for services in the modern era.
They billed my old insurance and despite my sending them the information twice and their never contacting me again, it was not resolved like I assumed and I was sent to collections. Their phoneline is a joke, the menu options are irrelevant and no matter what it won't connect me to a person. The call is disconnected every time it starts to transfer me. I'm seriously fed up at this point and close to just going the legal route to get this resolved since they refuse to respond or do anything about the situation. Frankly very d... read more
This group are completely and totally unethical in their billing, customer service, and professionalism. They do not return calls, not are they interested in working to resolve and questions or issues with billing. And yes, they look forward to the use of collection agencies.

They have no desire or ability to bill you correctly. Beware of sewer service for invoices. Call them, they wont call you and then will send you to collections. You don't choose them for Anesthesia but they have a right to bill you and knock your score down. Very definition of one of the things wrong with American healthcare system, lazy (maybe incompetent) employees.
