Doctor was very dismissive and told me not to call her, to address all problems with the reps for the NALU device and for them to call her with any problems or questions I might have, which they did not. Implant was in April 2025 and I’ve had nothing but worse pain than before the procedure with still no follow up from the doctor.
Thank you Franz for such good professionalism and handling the problem I had .you gave me your word you will call back with an answer and so you did just that. Even got me on schedule in time so I can keep my emergency travel plans.it’ doesn’t always happen that way professional and compassion. What an asset to Anesic P C you are sir. Thank you very much for your professionalism. Sure hope they will keep you around.
Everyone is always professional in the Renton office I have been coming here for long as they been open. Gone thru many doctors over the yrs some was likable some was not. The crew they have now rates at about 8 Dr Jason is my provider now in the beginning I didn’t trust him nor like him his arrogance pop off like a weasel . I don't understand the negative reviews. I first saw Dr. Harstroem in Everett several years ago. She is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about different treatments for pain. When they closed the Everett clinic, I followed Dr. Harstroem to Bellevue and Renton to see her. My initial problem was lower back pain and left hip pain. I was taking pain medicine but it really didn't solve the problem. I talked to Dr. Harstroem about the pain, and she recommended an ablation for my back.
