I would like to commend whoever is in charge of the Anesis clinic in Renton. You have an excellent staff from the receptionist to Dr. Harstroem. She is so professional and caring. She gives me cortisone shots in my hips and knees and is careful to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. Her two assistants, Keifer and Peter are so kind and helpful. I would like to thank all the staff and doctors at the Renton office. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was in a wheelchair when I frist came in and now I am walking. We still have work to do .But I highly recommend Dr Hardstrom .

Doctor was very dismissive and told me not to call her, to address all problems with the reps for the NALU device and for them to call her with any problems or questions I might have, which they did not. Implant was in April 2025 and I’ve had nothing but worse pain than before the procedure with still no follow up from the doctor.
