I would like to thank all the staff and doctors at the Renton office. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was in a wheelchair when I frist came in and now I am walking. We still have work to do .But I highly recommend Dr Hardstrom .
Doctor was very dismissive and told me not to call her, to address all problems with the reps for the NALU device and for them to call her with any problems or questions I might have, which they did not. Implant was in April 2025 and I’ve had nothing but worse pain than before the procedure with still no follow up from the doctor.
Thank you Franz for such good professionalism and handling the problem I had .you gave me your word you will call back with an answer and so you did just that. Even got me on schedule in time so I can keep my emergency travel plans.it’ doesn’t always happen that way professional and compassion. What an asset to Anesic P C you are sir. Thank you very much for your professionalism. Sure hope they will keep you around.
