Everyone is always professional in the Renton office I have been coming here for long as they been open. Gone thru many doctors over the yrs some was likable some was not. The crew they have now rates at about 8 Dr Jason is my provider now in the beginning I didn’t trust him nor like him his arrogance pop off like a weasel . I don't understand the negative reviews. I first saw Dr. Harstroem in Everett several years ago. She is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about different treatments for pain. When they closed the Everett clinic, I followed Dr. Harstroem to Bellevue and Renton to see her. My initial problem was lower back pain and left hip pain. I was taking pain medicine but it really didn't solve the problem. I talked to Dr. Harstroem about the pain, and she recommended an ablation for my back. Dr. Harstroem is great. She listened to me, "heard" what I was saying and we discussed a plan to move forward that I feel good about. Thanks Dr. Harstroem! Change in itself can be hard. Changing pain management doctors can be hard, stressful and even scary. I've been going here for a few years now not once was I disrespected by anyone in this practice I went with a strange concern but Dr knew exactly what and how everyone is nice and concerned with making survival comfortable everyone is knowledgeable helped me with insurance issues to make sure I'm taken care of and always concerned with how things are working for me I highly recommend everyone and I use two of there offices for my care and never a concern
