The new doctor and the new nurse practitioner do not listen and refused to refill medication that they've had me on for the past 9 years! This is going to have a direct effect on my quality of life and my ability to work. They did this without warning and suddenly so I didn't have the time to find another provider

I started going to Anesis when they had an Everett office and was very happy with the care I received. Now they do appointments in Renton or Bellevue. I have been to the Renton office once and the office staff was great my overall experience was fine there. The Bellevue office leaves something to be desired. Both times I have had appointments in Bellevue there was no front office staff and I and other patients waited long past appointment time, yes I was able to get someone’s attention finally. I can’t even begin to tell you what a nightmare my experience has been. During the surgery, the anesthesiologist woke me before they had finished putting the staples in my back. That’s just one of the things that occurred concerning the surgeries. The second complaint is that I had discovered they had written on my medical record that I was an opioid addict . The office staff was very nice. The doctor however comes off condescending and doesn't seem to believe your condition and pain levels or care about past treatments. This is not the place to receive medications to help tolerate your pain the doctor is only concerned with surgery and getting off medications even after several surgeries, injections, and therapy is ineffective. Perhaps the doctor should watch Dr. Mike on YouTube to learn how to talk to her patients
