Anela Flores helped me sell my house, always with good advice, and patience. Even on weekends, she remained cheerful and helpful. It was so easy to work with her, despite the fact that I lived out of town. I would recommend Anela for just about any task but especial for selling one's house.
We have used Anela to buy(twice) and sell (once)- she was amazing to work with. When buying she quickly established parameters we were working with, and worked with us to identify a style that we were looking for (this was an evolving process). We are an older couple. Both of us have been retired for quite some time. About a year ago we came to the conclusion that we should downsize. We were living in the custom built, rammed earth home that we had designed 20 years ago. The home was fully paid for.
