I went to Katie for the first time for a color and cut and I’m in love with how it all turned out, probably my favorite haircut I’ve had in years. She was also so warm and had such good energy I felt like I was talking to someone I’ve known for years. 1000% going back to her!!
Katie colored and cut my hair after recently moving from Florida - and she was incredible! The result perfectly matched what I was looking for and she was delightful. Highly recommend paying her a visit :)
I can’t say enough good things about this salon and my stylist, Katie! Last week I went to another salon and my hair didn’t turn out great, and I was honestly panicking. I called and booked with Katie, and I’m so glad I did. She was incredibly kind and let me vent, and she was both knowledgeable and transparent about the process. I still have another session to fully fix what was done before, but she did an amazing job and made me feel so much less anxious. I’m really grateful to have found her!
I have been a client of JulieAnn’s for 18 years. She is a delight! Not only is she friendly, reliable and on-time, but she is a “hair goddess”! I have followed her through 4 salons, and BORN is her baby. It shows. The place is immaculate and the staff are welcoming. BORN salon and JuliaAnn Martens are a must for any hair care!!
I came here to treat my sister in law for a birthday haircut. She rebooked with them for a follow up three months later October 11th. When they sent the reminder on October 8th I emailed them to cancel it. They sent another reminder and emailed them again to cancel it. Then they charged me 47.80 because they said they tried to call and text the number and didn't hear back. I called and left a message so I could get a refund.
