I called asked for a returned call, i decided I wanted to go ahead with the surgery and wanted to set up the date, lady on the phone said I'll have someone get back to you, i never heard from any one so I called and that lady never gave anyone the message. If you call and leave a message getting someone to return a phone call is not going to happen. well you can wait forever the voice message says 24 to 48 hours. I have been waiting for 8 working days.
