Laura W. is wonderful! With COVID, I had to cancel and then wait to reschedule my 6-month checkup and I could have grabbed the next available appointment with another hygienist, but I prefer to have Laura as my hygienist. Her care and attention to making sure I am comfortable is the kind of 'customer service' we all wish we would encounter more of. BONUS: Laura smiles and laughs :-)
