Got a quote on 4 tires, when I called back to set up appointment, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, thought they forgot about me and called back about 10 minutes later. Girl answered and said can I put you on hold? When I explained about already being on hold, she got very rude. Said we are real busy ,I'll get back with you and hung up. How do you get back without my information? I went to another tire store where I was treated with courtesy and respect. Was probably going to puchase for 2 vehicles and a trailer .... read more
Service was great, prices were high, selection was small, paid $250 for a tire with no road hazard because they dont offer it since they had too many claims. Couldn't tell me how many miles the tire was rated for.
