They were friendly, prompt and worked quickly.
They were unable to diagnose the problem and at $195 per hour I was into them for $500 with no solution as promised.

The Andy's team arrived right on time and worked through my system's problems very efficiently. The team suggested several small upgrades, which I accepted, and the upshot is that the system now work better (much better) than it did when it was first built and installed.
