Awful. Awful. Awful. When confronted with the quality or lack thereof, Andy took a few days to decide if this was his handy work or not. When he finally did he refused to provide any docs related to the work. He was going to come down and assess the issues but later decided not to. I have had 3 separate contractors and an insurance field adjuster review this install and all have said without exception that this was some of the worst installation work they have ever seen.
