Great communication, start to finish. Went above and beyond to take care of a few items beyond the roof replacement. Would recommend without reservation
Tried for 6 month to a year to get him out to evaluate, and give me a quote. He sent a middle man twice, but nothing came from it. He said he'd come out 2-3 times, but was a no show. Not even a call to let me know about not making the appointment. He left me waiting multiple times. He did the original roof replacement, but doesn't look at or respond to warranty concerns. Game player. After all this I had to hire another company. Now by hiring another company, he won't respond to the fact of my warranty.
This is our second time working with Andy's Roofing, and we'd highly suggest them! Charlie is quick to offer suggestions or answer questions and the entire crew was courteous and hard working.
Andy's Roofing did an excellent job on our roof this past fall! They also did my parents' roof back in the '90s, and just like then, their quality and professionalism were outstanding. This is a true family-owned business, not a big corporate company, which I love. My husband handled everything, and he was extremely impressed with Andrew.
