It is obvious that Andy takes his business very seriously and has great pride in his work. They came out the next business day and fix the problem within hours. I called Andy's Pipe Dream and he was able to come out on a Sunday and fix the problem. I was so embarrssed when he told the drain was clogged but he was so kind and he told me it happens all the time. It wasn't too expensive. The guy was very nice and there was no plumber's crack either!
