The technician from Andy’s Pipe Dream Plumbing, William Eagan, arrived right on time. Very likable and he was very professional. Throughout the time that William was here he told me everything that he would do and answered any questions. Throughout his time working on the problem he would ask me if I had any more questions and would ask if I understood everything. Very knowledgeable, kind, man. Down the road, if I need more plumbing issues fixed, I will ask that they send William!!
Our tech, Kenton, was helpful and friendly! He got everything fixed up quickly. I really appreciated that Andy’s was able to squeeze us in so we could have our issue taken care of before the weekend. 🙂 EDIT: A second visit from Andy’s was another success! This time a dishwasher supply line. Helpful, fast and affordable! Thanks! EDIT 2: Andy’s to the rescue again! I consistently call this company when I need plumbing help! They’re fast, responsive and very friendly! 100% recommend them!
Everyone here is so kind and professional! Colton did an amazing, thorough and efficient job removing our house trap and even patched up a couple extra things while he was here. He also found an uncapped pipe that went unnoticed during our inspection and when getting other estimates. The price was competitive and the whole project was done in a day!
Randy was friendly, professional, and got right to the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it in no time, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Randy
DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY! I had a small leak in my line going to my hot water heater. Originally quoted over 550 to replace hot and cold lines to a brand new unit. When I told them it was too high, it quickly went back to the one that was leaking. Just paid $263 for 15 mins of work. Not only do I feel violated I feel like I was just taken advantage of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
