Such a great company to work with! Answered any and all questions promptly! It is technically called a hydrant replacement, to be clear in this review. I was aware that what needed to be done was not cheap and I totally found it reasonable from what I already knew. I had choices and chose what I wanted to have done!!!

We had our outside faucet leak into our basement when we turned it on for the first time this spring. Called them and immediately had an appointment scheduled. Window was 3-5 and the tech was here at like 3:05. Our techs name was Andrew Delarber and he is probably one of the kindest humans I have ever met. He was knowledgeable, friendly and just all around perfect! Can’t recommend this company enough. Adding picture of Minnie after she got to play in the water to get extra attention.
Andy's Pipe Dream was able to schedule us within a two hour window, so we didn't have to wait all day, as one does for some service companies. When Colton arrived, he identified a "big-picture" pressure problem right away, explained concisely how smaller problems related to this, and got to work quickly. A short time later, the water pressure from all outlets is great and several smaller problems are solved. Thank you Colton, Leah and Andy's Pipe Dream!
10 years ago our home was serviced by a different local plumber. They installed a second PRV on our house, when it already had one. The second installed PRV has failed and caused pressure spikes and a loud screeching during heavy water use. Ryan came by, instantly diagnosed the issue, and we've got a static safe-pressure home with - for the first time in a while - peace and quiet while the water is running. Great experience and our new go-to plumbers.
